Our heat recovery products provide warm, clean air into a building while removing stale internal air. We offer system controls that can integrate into any Building Management System (BMS).
Each unit comes complete with filters that deliver clean, fresh air to the indoor environment. The filters also protect our highly efficient heat exchange unit, which can perform in excess of 90% efficiency. An integrated by-pass damper system allows our units to operate effectively throughout the summer months. The system can be used in any domestic building or larger buildings such as schools, offices, workshops and sport centres.

Our heat recovery products provide warm, clean air into a home while removing stale internal air. To achieve this the heat from a building’s exhaust air is used to temper the incoming fresh air. This benefit is created by passing through our highly efficient heat exchange unit shown in the diagram above. External and internal air also passes through a separate filter protecting both the heat exchange unit and the building. All this results in comfortable indoor living spaces free from pollutants and odours.
Both outside and Indoor environments can contain pollutants that can be uncomfortable and hazardous when a building is not ventilated properly. Below is a list of some of the pollutants that our systems can reduce or eliminate: formaldehyde, volatile organic compounds, cooking odours, steam, pollen, radon and carbon monoxide. We expect all of our products to be low maintenance and if properly installed to last many years. Fans and Heat Exchange units can be replaced in all models. In the UK a product that works efficiently throughout the winter and summer is essential. Our custom built by-pass dampers are an important feature included as standard in most of our product range. The by-pass allows our systems to operate effectively in the summer months when outside air is warmer than inside air, the by-pass will allow filtered air to pass through the system without being heated through the exchange.
REDUCING SOUND DISTURBANCE
All our products are fan powered and can produce background noise if positioning and fan speed are not considered. There are options available to reduce sound disturbance including the addition
of sound attenuators in the ducting.
REGULATIONS & GUIDELINES
Achieving Specific Fan Power (SFP) levels of 1.5 W/l/s or less. All our units comply with current building regulations for domestic andnon-domestic buildings. We are also prepared for the forthcoming implementation of Regulation (EU) No.1253/2014.
